The food was Meh, both the barbacoa and chilaquiles were mediocre for the ($18 each), for the chilaquiles the beans were bland, the chicken very dry and presentation was just not there. The place looks very nice inside, I liked the style and music but for this quality of food I personally wouldn't return or recommend.

The place is very nice, the waitress was very nice. I had a vanilla latte which I first thought they gave me fat free vanilla syrup because of the off taste, however my sister had regular cup of coffee and she said she thinks it was the coffee. I didnt like the latte at all. I got huevos divorciados which had the smallest amount of black beans, I do not think there was anything spectacular about them to cost $17 dollars. Sorry. I wasn't that excited about my plate. My sister got the avo toast and the display was beautiful. She did say she liked it. My son got the chicken strips with fries and he loved his food. He ate the entire thing completely. I myself would not go back. Not for how much it totaled and there wasn't anything I felt that was very flavorful.

The shareable appetizers were amazing. Must try to BEET FRIES, and ahí tuna. We enjoyed the fact that we were offered flavor shots with our champagne 🥂 crate for our mimosas during brunch. Their specialty coffee was flavorful but room temperature 🙄 ☕. Service was horrible and extremely slow and we were there early so there was no reason for us to wait 15 minutes for our waitress to come back and our drinks to be brought.

Today I came in for breakfast at Maison Stivalet, and from the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed. I was acknowledged almost immediately with a warm and friendly greeting, which really set the tone for the entire experience. The staff didn’t make me wait long at all before seating me, and once I was at my table, I was quickly asked if I would like to start with a drink. That level of attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer right away. For my meal, I ordered the French toast, and let me tell you—it was absolutely amazing. The texture was perfect, the flavor was rich, and it was clear that quality and care go into their food. You can truly taste the difference. I also ordered a cappuccino, which paired perfectly with the meal. It was smooth, well-balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for to start my morning. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. The waitress was on point the entire time. She consistently checked on me to make sure everything was going well without ever being intrusive. We had such a wonderful experience at Maison Stivalet! Breakfast was outstanding—everything from the flavorful crab cakes to the delicious chilaquiles was perfectly made. The iced coffee was smooth and refreshing, and their beautiful macarons were the perfect sweet touch. We also hosted my aunt’s baby shower in their private room, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The room itself is very pretty and elegant, creating just the right atmosphere. The servers were attentive and kind, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt taken care of throughout. Highly recommend both for a casual breakfast and for hosting special events—Maison Stivalet delivers on both food and experience!
